    Question

Felicity got a head replacement about 6 years ago, and ever since then I've tried to keep her pincurls in shape, but the one closest to her ear (on both sides) got brushed away. Then yesterday, I found the shorter strands of hair and realized they still had a slight curl in them.

Is there a way to revive hair that was once a curl? I know it's been said that straight dolly hair is impossible to curl, but does once-curly hair have a "memory" or something like that?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Washing it with lukewarm wig shampoo and then giving it the Downy dunk will usually return the hair to its original style. When the hair was originally styled, it was "set" with hot steam, which is about the only way to make Modacrylic fiber hold a set.

If theay are very out of shape, you need to pin curl them. Spritz with water. They will start to curl a bit on their own. Follow the natural curl and wrap around your little finger. Pin in place with a bobby pin and let dry.

If they are just a little messy, you can usually just spritz them and they will bounce back into shape. Just smooth them out a bit and let dry.
